How to Brew

• Hot Brew: 2 g (≈1 tsp) per 200 ml • 80–85 °C • 2–3 min • strain.
  Tip: enjoy without milk; add honey or lemon only if you like.

• Iced Tea: Brew double strength (4 g/200 ml) at 80–85 °C for 3 min → cool → pour over ice.

• Cold Brew: 8–10 g per 1 L room-temp water → refrigerate 6–8 hrs → strain → serve chilled.
